How to reach us
Email hello@connemaratours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide, not a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to the operator through the platform you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
If your tour was cancelled or you missed it
A refund or a new date is the operator’s to give. Your confirmation email carries their contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Most of the tours we list refund in full if you cancel at least 24 hours ahead. The multi-day tours from Dublin and the private chauffeur day have their own terms, printed on each listing.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. Visitor-centre days change, meeting points move, and the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.

Where the official information is
The national park
Connemara National Park, Letterfrack, Co. Galway, H91 K2Y1, Ireland. The park is run by the National Parks and Wildlife Service. Its visitor centre opens Wednesday to Sunday, 9:00 to 17:30, and on bank holiday Mondays.
Kylemore Abbey
On the N59 about 3 km beyond Letterfrack, on the Westport road. Tickets, opening times and group visits are the abbey’s own to answer, and its hours change with the season.
Where the tours meet
Outside the HYDE Hotel on Forster Street for Lally Tours, at the Kinlay Hostel on Merchants Road for most other shared days, and at your accommodation for the private tours. Each tour’s own point is on its booking page and on the Connemara map.
